Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Rilla’s mobile codebase as the first dedicated mobile engineer.
- Craft a fast, real-time mobile experience for field users.
- Architect and ship end-to-end workflows and take features into production.
- Build a unified mobile layer that captures and surfaces conversation events at scale.
- Talk to and visit customers in the field to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar programming languages.
- Approximately three or more years of strong mobile engineering experience, ideally gained at startups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, rapid iteration abilities, and a high bar for quality.
