Responsibilities
- Build secure, reliable, observable, and scalable software modules and components.
- Develop, debug, design, and implement software applications or operating-system-related software.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews focused on correctness, maintainability, and performance.
- Develop JavaScript, React, and TypeScript software and RESTful, service-oriented, and microservice-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to other software developers and help define requirements, designs, and task breakdowns.
- Write optimized, high-quality code and make modest changes to existing software architecture.
- Use cloud platforms, continuous integration, version control, and AI coding tools to accelerate development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering or information technology experience leading solutions to real-world problems.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and user-interface development; full-stack development knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with RESTful web services, service-oriented architecture, microservice development, and SQL queries.
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns, design patterns, and data structures.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, or other continuous integration and version-control tools.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform, including AWS, OCI, or Azure.
- Ability to switch between technologies as needed and use AI coding tools to accelerate development.
