Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and support software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Own features and services from inception through production support.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and system performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with teammates to deliver customer value.
- Support service operations, including incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Help maintain highly available and resilient digital platforms serving millions of customers.
Requirements
- Experience developing software using Go, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Cassandra.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills focused on service reliability and customer outcomes.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, quality assurance, and solution design principles.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and contribute positively to team culture.
- Experience in backend development, frontend development, infrastructure engineering, systems analysis, delivery engineering, or service operations is highly regarded.
