Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts in customer non-production environments using AI-augmented development tools.
- Deploy infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code and validate scalability, security, resilience, and failover patterns.
- Apply agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and foundation-model integrations to customer problems.
- Own cross-cutting architectural decisions, technical strategy, trade-offs, and ongoing validation through implementation.
- Partner with sales to accelerate AWS adoption, exceed revenue objectives, identify opportunities, and create ProServe expansion paths.
- Advise and influence executive, IT management, and developer audiences through presentations, training, publications, and technical content.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and create code demonstrating proposed features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to build and validate solutions hands-on through code, infrastructure as code, and tested deployments.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and clients, and building relationships with senior technical leaders.
- Preferred experience includes working with end-user or developer communities, startups or ISVs, and the Software and Technology segment.
- Preferred hands-on production experience with AI/ML, agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and foundation-model integration.
- Preferred experience with AI-augmented development workflows, original technical content, and evidence-based influence of customer technical direction.
