Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex customer solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Advise customers on custom document vaults, large-scale file migrations, Box integrations, and future-state solution architectures.
- Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, partners, and field teams to support customer outcomes and bookings targets.
- Forecast capacity and deliver against revenue targets.
- Present technical solutions to executives, business leaders, developers, and IT architects.
- Travel to client sites when required; a driver's license may be needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and handle in-depth customer and sales-call questions.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, dynamic environments and collaborate across teams.
