Responsibilities

Build the web application in Next.js and TypeScript, including streaming agent interfaces and approval or override flows.
Build and maintain FastAPI services for cases, workflows, documents, email, notifications, and frontend read models.
Own authentication, retries, idempotency, and failure surfacing for calls into the agentic orchestration layer.
Build ERP ingestion and writeback integrations and establish reusable connector patterns.
Work with PostgreSQL consumption data and published data contracts from the data engineering pod.
Maintain performance against production data volumes and participate in production support, root cause analysis, and code review.

Five to eight years of experience building and running production web applications with ownership across both client and service sides.
Hands-on production experience with Azure and GCP, including containers and CI/CD; Azure depth is especially important and GCP is required.
Strong React and TypeScript experience, including Next.js App Router and complex client state.
Strong Python experience with production FastAPI or an equivalent asynchronous framework and sound API design practices.
Experience integrating enterprise or third-party systems through authenticated APIs, including OAuth2 and token-based machine-to-machine flows.
Working SQL and relational data modeling experience.
Evidence of debugging difficult distributed failures and fixing root causes.
Preferred experience includes LLM or agentic interfaces, ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or SAP, order-to-cash or payments products, Kubernetes, Azure Databricks, Redis, accessibility, or design systems.
