Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a bounded platform service or SDK component for multi-tenant use.
- Debug distributed services and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
- Implement resilience, capacity, performance, scalability, API lifecycle, and interoperability improvements.
- Develop software features, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and perform functional and non-functional testing.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, maintenance, patching, and reliability improvements.
- Provide technical guidance on customer issues, mentor others, and contribute to product enhancements and documentation.
- Independently manage work, prioritize deliverables, collaborate across teams, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Design and develop software aligned with established architecture and business or operational requirements.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, coding standards, secure coding practices, testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrate judgment in performance profiling, optimization, API troubleshooting, and resolution of moderately complex issues.
- Communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and customers while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
