Responsibilities
- Implement the TWCS target-state architecture across the Latin America region.
- Lead application systems analysis, programming activities, and integration of functions to support technology goals.
- Deploy new products, enhance processes, and define solutions for complex business and system problems.
- Develop application methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Advise and coach developers, analysts, and new team members while allocating work.
- Lead or contribute to complex regional or global projects and communicate with senior leaders and external parties.
- Assess and manage risk while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant architecture experience.
- Experience implementing complex regional or global projects.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Subject matter expertise in application development and knowledge of client core business functions.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, development, relationship-building, and consensus-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
