Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design AWS and Qualtrics end-to-end cloud-native solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Lead Qualtrics CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience implementations.
- Build scalable serverless applications using AWS, Node.js, Python, and React.
- Provide technical consulting during pre-sales activities and client presentations.
- Own the solution lifecycle from discovery through implementation while ensuring security, governance, compliance, and architecture standards.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and oversee the work of other architects.
- Advise enterprise clients on roadmaps, platform customization, data-flow automation, and cloud modernization.
- Develop reusable solution frameworks and accelerators and support AI-enabled capabilities, including Qualtrics AI features.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Qualtrics CX/EX certification and hands-on Qualtrics XM Platform experience are mandatory.
- Proven AWS cloud architecture and enterprise integration experience.
- Experience designing API-first and serverless solutions.
- Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Qualtrics CX, EX, PX, and Brand Experience implementations.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Qualtrics AI capabilities, generative AI, and machine learning applications.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, consulting or professional services, customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer, Employee Experience programs, data analytics, and BI platforms is preferred.
