Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure for a 'virtual driver’s test' for the Waymo Driver.
- Design and operate scalable simulation data pipelines and real-world monitoring.
- Improve signal quality from the 'virtual driver’s test' and real-world measurements.
- Apply machine learning models to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science and Systems Engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience or a quantitative PhD with software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Familiarity with Python and SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excitement about autonomous driving and eagerness to learn.
