Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
- Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility.
- Design and document robust end-to-end solutions, including workflows and integrations.
- Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos.
- Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT.
- Develop and deliver engaging end-user training for smooth adoption.
- Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing technical and functional guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience, ideally within a SaaS or professional services organization.
- 3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration.
- Deep understanding of SDLC from workshops and design through build, test, and deployment.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and flexibility.
