Base Salary
$134k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related business applications.
- Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style synchronizations for GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, observable, and maintainable integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot data synchronization issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions.
- Implement error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, documentation, and production-readiness practices.
- Partner with Finance Systems and GTM Systems stakeholders on lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, order management, billing, and reporting workflows.
- Partner with People Ops and IT on employee lifecycle and identity-adjacent workflows.
- Document integration designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Help establish integration platform standards for API usage, data modeling, monitoring, and production readiness.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or a related backend systems role.
- Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform such as Workato and enterprise SaaS systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Ashby, Marketo, Snowflake, or comparable platforms.
- Knowledge of API patterns and authentication concepts including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
- Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language for transformations, validation, orchestration, or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across logs, data mismatches, failed synchronizations, and edge cases.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and avoid fragile or high-maintenance solutions.
- Experience with reverse ETL concepts and data warehousing workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, or ERP workflows is preferred.
- Exposure to identity lifecycle, provisioning, or access-related integrations is useful but not required.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, legal tech, enterprise AI, or complex cross-functional systems environments is a plus.
