Base Salary
$78k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions including application modules and workflows.
- Own the end-to-end feature release process ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Customize the ServiceNow platform including screen tailoring and custom scripting.
- Maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases for accuracy and usability.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices and coordinate parallel work streams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform solutions.
- Identify and implement platform improvements proactively.
- Perform technical configurations and maintenance tasks for platform health.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- 5 or more years of experience with relational databases and performance optimization.
- Deep proficiency in ServiceNow platform customization and administration.
- Strong command of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven track record designing integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Hands-on experience with recent ServiceNow releases including Utah and Washington DC.
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and managing sprints.
- Ability to translate high-level specifications into technical requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical designs.
