Base Salary
$135k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run recurring customer sessions to understand operational realities and inform system design.
- Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations in Airtable.
- Resolve design issues by proposing solutions and making decisions based on customer feedback.
- Use AI to build efficiently and reinvest saved time in customer engagement.
- Quality-assure work against actual user behavior and create reusable build patterns.
- Depending on the engagement, contribute to solution design, own delivery coordination, or build within a larger team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
- Hands-on experience building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business subject-matter experts.
- Ability to quickly master a complex platform and achieve Airtable proficiency within 90 days.
- Ability to use AI throughout designing, building, testing, and documenting delivery work.
- Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and cross-functional alignment.
