Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional partner experiences by providing technical expertise and scoping use cases.
Partner with the Partnerships team to design and support ecosystem integrations.
Guide partners on best practices for leveraging the OpenAI API and ChatGPT.
Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions.
Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for partners.
Gather partner feedback to represent the voice of the ecosystem to internal teams.

5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Strong understanding of LLMs, MCP, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and front-end design.
Experience supporting ecosystem or partner motions, including co-development programs.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.
Collaborative attitude with a focus on helping partners and internal teams succeed.
