Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Improve automation frameworks and build reusable libraries across technology stacks and business verticals.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, technical specifications, and automation backlogs.
- Track test coverage, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, risks, deployment issues, and quality metrics.
- Develop automated testing tools and software validation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve continuous deployment practices and resolve technical design issues.
- Work with clients, users, business subject matter experts, testers, developers, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve problems.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, performance reviews, and project outcomes according to company standards.
Requirements
- FullStack SDET skills are mandatory.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, testing tools, and software validation processes.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to analyze system architecture, application stacks, requirements, and interdependencies.
- Ability to collaborate with Agile delivery teams and business, development, testing, and client stakeholders.
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ability to track defects, resolve technical issues, and report quality and coverage metrics.
