Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions for ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management.
- Configure ESG capabilities including metric definitions, data collection, reporting, disclosure frameworks, goals and targets, attestations, and sustainability program management.
- Develop Health & Safety processes covering incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, safety observations, hazard management, and regulatory reporting.
- Configure Audit Management capabilities including audit planning, engagements, findings, recommendations, action tracking, and remediation management.
- Develop workflows, integrations, APIs, dashboards, reports, workspaces, and automation solutions.
- Leverage Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and workflow automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and solution design artifacts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management applications.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Workspaces, Platform Configuration, and Automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI-enabled experiences.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, governance, performance optimization, and upgrade management.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting, sustainability metrics, workplace safety, audit processes, compliance requirements, and operational governance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
