Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and create technical designs.
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and tools.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, MuleSoft, and custom ETL solutions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build trusted client relationships, support satisfaction, and identify further engagement opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and custom-developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, client relationship, prioritization, and engagement-management skills.
