Base Salary
$212k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and deploy enterprise solution architectures, AI use cases, platform positioning, and strategic sales campaigns.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Account Executives on high-stakes enterprise opportunities and executive workshops.
- Convert successful customer engagements into repeatable architectures, sales plays, and field enablement assets.
- Build feedback loops between Fortune 500 customers and Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap investments.
- Coach and enable the broader field engineering organization and represent Qualtrics at conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and executive sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, strategic presales, or Field CTO roles within enterprise software.
- Experience architecting and positioning complex platforms alongside enterprise AI, data strategy, cloud, CRM, or CDP environments.
- Hands-on experience advising C-level executives at Fortune 500 organizations on digital transformation and business value.
- Track record of creating scalable intellectual property, technical positioning frameworks, or field enablement programs.
- Cross-functional experience aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
