Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java backend services.
- Architect and implement microservices using Spring Framework 6, Spring Boot 3, and Spring Cloud.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
- Design MongoDB schemas, write complex queries, and optimize database performance.
- Work with Oracle databases and SQL, including performance optimization.
- Implement unit and integration tests using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Apply secure coding practices and implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve development processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Java development and strong command of Core Java.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with reactive programming and Apache Kafka event-driven systems.
- Strong MongoDB experience, including schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of NoSQL database concepts and experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Expertise in RESTful API design, unit and integration testing, and application security principles.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization in microservices architectures using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Preferred: familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, payments systems, ISO 20022, and open-source contributions.
