Senior Technical Consultant -Migration-Revenue Cloud/Marketing Cloud
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Configure Salesforce CPQ products, price books, product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundles, guided selling, approvals, quote templates, and amendment or renewal logic.
- Execute product, pricing, contract, subscription, asset, order, and billing data migrations using Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL pipelines while preserving relationships and validating results.
- Configure Salesforce Billing schedules, invoice templates, payment terms, usage-based billing, tax-engine integrations, and dunning workflows.
- Develop Apex components, Batch Apex utilities, SBQQ plugin overrides, pricing triggers, quote calculation hooks, REST callout adapters, and test classes.
- Implement Agentforce revenue agents with topics, instructions, standard actions, and custom Apex actions for quoting, renewals, and deal-desk use cases.
- Build Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow orchestrations, and reconciliation tooling for migration and billing validation.
- Develop Salesforce-to-ERP integrations using REST or SOAP callouts and Platform Event subscribers for SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite flows.
- Coordinate migration dry runs in SIT and UAT environments, support final go-live cutovers, and prepare technical handover documentation.
- Mentor Technical Consultants and contribute reusable CPQ, migration, Agentforce, and billing assets to the factory accelerator library.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Salesforce platform delivery experience focused on CPQ, billing, and revenue operations.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration experience across at least two CPQ implementations or migrations.
- Hands-on experience executing high-volume CPQ and contract data migrations while maintaining relationship integrity.
- Solid Apex development experience, especially with Batch Apex, SBQQ plugin overrides, REST callout adapters, and Apex testing.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing, Agentforce configuration, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, ERP integrations, ETL tools, Salesforce data architecture, Salesforce DX, Git, Gearset, or Copado.
- Experience with at least one of Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, or Azure Data Factory.
- Required certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Administrator.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect certifications.
- Preferred experience includes Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce Classic CPQ, Revenue Lifecycle Management, Salesforce Subscription Management, multi-currency or multi-entity billing, Stripe, Adyen, Salesforce Industries, Vlocity, or OmniStudio.
- Experience mentoring junior Technical Consultants on CPQ configuration and data migration tasks.
