Base Salary
$175k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for a significant product domain or platform capability.
- Identify and lead architectural debt remediation efforts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to assess roadmap feasibility.
- Elevate engineering craft through RFCs and mentorship.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Shape the review process for AI-generated code and adapt architecture for AI contributions.
- Own standards for institutional knowledge and best practices.
- Evaluate and standardize agentic development tools across engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in .NET/C# with experience in production backend services.
- Experience designing and integrating AI/ML-powered features.
- Understanding of LLM behavior and prompt design.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in production workflows.
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
