Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using JavaScript and Core Java.
- Oversee JUnit testing frameworks and facilitate code reviews to maintain software quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT Service Management processes and service delivery.
- Optimize PL/SQL databases for data integrity and efficient access.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support research and development initiatives.
- Contribute to technology strategy and ensure compliance with industry standards and data-protection requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript for developing dynamic and interactive web applications.
- Expertise in JUnit and comprehensive software test-case development.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management.
- Advanced skills in Core Java for scalable, high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and database optimization.
- Experience in the R&D Tech domain.
