Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software applications for client deployment.
- Perform coding, troubleshoot defects, improve software performance, adapt systems to hardware or interface changes, and support system installations or modifications.
- Create and execute automated software validation processes, test cases, usage scenarios, and quality checks.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend performance improvements, and address availability concerns.
- Document software solutions using specifications, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and formal reports.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress, maintain accurate MIS and reporting, and follow project or release plans.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, provide customer support, collect feedback, and help ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, clients, and engineering staff on software requirements and software-hardware interfaces.
- Participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete assigned certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience or skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop feasible software designs.
- Ability to create and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through written reports, email, calls, and other interactions.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical, project-status, and management reports.
