Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, and enhance software solutions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, effective software solutions.
- Maintain existing software, troubleshoot CRM technical issues, and identify opportunities for modification and enhancement.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications and support database management and query optimization.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical is required.
- Proficiency in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices, agile methodologies, integration techniques, database management, and query optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
