Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for data unification, segmentation, reporting, and analytics.
- Configure Salesforce Agentforce case handling, routing, automation, and service workflows.
- Optimize Salesforce Data Cloud data models, mappings, ingestion, identity resolution, and audience creation.
- Create API-based and batch integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems.
- Perform impact analysis, estimation, technical design, and enhancement planning.
- Review existing Salesforce implementations and improve performance, configuration quality, user experience, and system stability.
- Develop unit and functional test scenarios and support predictable production releases.
- Provide deployment and hypercare support to IT business support teams.
- Document solution designs, configuration procedures, and operational processes.
- Monitor production usage and error trends and implement corrective enhancements.
- Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders on data handling and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of experience as a developer or senior developer in enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise configuring Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, mapping, and audience creation.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce features, including case workflows, routing, automation, and service experience optimization.
- Experience with IT business support processes such as incident handling, request fulfillment, and service management.
- Experience designing API-based data flows and batch processes connecting Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise data sources.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle practices, version control, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with modern Salesforce development and configuration practices and willingness to learn new Data Cloud and Agentforce features.
