Commercial Graduate Rotation Program - Solution Engineer Path - German Speaking Markets
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Complete structured onboarding, learning paths, workshops, certifications, and skills assessments.
- Support Solution Engineering teams in creating customer demonstrations and learning customer discovery and point-of-view development.
- Participate in Sales rotations involving prospecting, qualification, customer engagement, campaigns, and sales-pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales Development, and senior sales professionals on live opportunities and deals.
- Meet eligibility criteria and panel for potential promotion into the Solution Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Have an academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Be fluent in English and German, with German essential for the role.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, relationship-building, curiosity, self-motivation, continuous-learning orientation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and comfort in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
