Responsibilities
- Complete introductory onboarding, structured learning, hands-on workshops, certifications, and skills assessments.
- Participate in Solution Engineering and Sales rotations with role-specific tasks, targets, and learning.
- Support the creation of customer demonstrations and develop customer discovery and compelling customer points of view.
- Learn prospecting and qualification methods, engage Salesforce prospects across multiple platforms, and help build sales pipeline.
- Work with Solution Engineering and Sales Development buddies and participate in live deals, campaigns, and inspiration sessions.
Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Have an academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Be fluent in English and German.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, relationship-building, self-motivation, continuous-learning, teamwork, interpersonal, and goal-oriented skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting promotion eligibility criteria.
