Commercial Graduate Solution Engineering Path - Italian Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Complete structured onboarding, learning sessions, workshops, certifications, and skills assessments.
- Support the Solution Engineering organization with customer demonstrations and live deal exposure.
- Learn customer discovery and develop compelling customer points of view.
- Participate in the Sales rotation by learning prospecting and qualification methods.
- Use social, digital, video, chat, and phone platforms to engage Salesforce prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists on campaigns and EMEA sales pipeline development.
- Meet program eligibility criteria and panel for potential promotion from month 7 onward.
Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Have an academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or an adjacent discipline.
- Be fluent in English and Italian, with Italian essential for the market.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, relationship-building, curiosity, self-motivation, continuous learning, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and goal orientation.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
