Responsibilities
- Complete rotations in Solution Engineering and Sales, with role-specific tasks, targets, learning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Learn Salesforce solutions and technologies and support the creation of customer demonstrations.
- Develop customer discovery skills and create compelling customer points of view.
- Use social, digital, video, chat, and phone channels to engage prospects during the Sales rotation.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists on campaigns and build pipeline for the EMEA Sales organization.
- Complete self-paced certifications and skills assessments and meet eligibility criteria for promotion consideration.
Requirements
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Study Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or an adjacent discipline.
- Be fluent in English and have essential Italian-language fluency.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, relationship-building, curiosity, self-motivation, continuous learning, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and goal orientation.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
