Responsibilities
- Lead and develop 6–10 Solutions Architects serving law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.
- Provide technical and project guidance while ensuring consistent quality and productivity in solution delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members and foster innovation, learning, and accountability.
- Analyze and review IT system architectures to scope and recommend technical solutions.
- Partner with customers and sales, account management, product, and engineering teams on project implementation and integration.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding Solutions Architects.
- Ensure timely project execution aligned with solution architecture standards.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive process improvement across architecture, customer delivery, and team operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
- 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
- Experience in project management and business process analysis.
- Basic understanding of integration coding methodologies.
- Public safety sector experience, such as RMS/CAD implementations, is preferred.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services background check and maintain CJIS clearance.
