Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MuleSoft platform strategy, scalable architecture patterns, and runtime roadmaps.
- Own the performance, reliability, security, governance, availability, observability, and operational health of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Lead integration modernization initiatives that reduce technical debt, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct architecture reviews and establish reusable frameworks, governance standards, and integration best practices.
- Build enterprise integration capabilities through enablement practices, team mentoring, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, or systems integration, including significant experience delivering MuleSoft solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing and governing large-scale API-led integration architectures.
- Deep expertise administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including runtime management, security controls, observability, lifecycle management, governance, and production operations.
- Strong technical strategy, stakeholder influence, and communication skills with the ability to translate architecture decisions into business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success driving platform maturity, modernization, operational improvements, and enterprise-wide integration standards.
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, or related MuleSoft certification is preferred.
- Experience building or scaling a MuleSoft Center for Enablement or integration center of excellence is preferred.
- Experience in payments, financial services, or other regulated and high-availability environments is preferred.
