Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MuleSoft platform strategy, scalable architecture patterns, and runtime roadmaps.
- Own the performance, reliability, security, governance, availability, and operational health of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Lead integration modernization initiatives that reduce technical debt, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct architecture reviews and develop reusable frameworks, governance standards, and technical enablement practices.
- Establish integration enablement capabilities, mentor teams, and drive adoption of enterprise integration standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, or systems integration, including significant experience delivering MuleSoft solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and governing large-scale API-led integration architectures.
- Deep expertise administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including governance, runtime management, security controls, observability, lifecycle management, and production operations.
- Ability to lead technical strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate architectural decisions as business value and actionable outcomes.
- Track record of driving platform maturity, modernization, operational improvements, and enterprise adoption of integration standards.
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, or related MuleSoft certification is preferred.
- Experience scaling a MuleSoft Center for Enablement or integration center of excellence is preferred.
- Experience in payments, financial services, or other regulated, high-availability environments is preferred.
