Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices-based architectures.
- Architect solutions using GraphQL APIs for optimized data access and flexible integrations.
- Provide technical oversight to multiple agile engineering pods and guide delivery standards.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Application teams to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Lead integrations with third-party solutions, APIs, CRM platforms, pricing engines, payment gateways, and external services.
- Contribute to Architecture Review Board governance by presenting architectural decisions and aligning with enterprise principles.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD best practices.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered features with data and innovation teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks involving data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital engineering, software architecture, and solution design.
- Proven expertise designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and integrating APIs and third-party platforms.
- Experience partnering with application teams and contributing to Architecture Review Board governance decisions.
- Knowledge of modern agile practices, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with React, JavaScript, enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, SOLR, Twilio, Auth0, GitHub, JIRA, and Azure.
- Experience with AI/ML integration, API-first design, and scalable system design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven record of delivering complex projects and driving organizational innovation.
