Responsibilities
- Advise customers on ServiceNow platform architecture, instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Guide customers, partners, and internal teams across complex engagements and multiple workflows.
- Work with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform integrated with core applications.
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models, reduce technical debt, and align implementations with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders, and participate in presales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with technical and business leaders and support global platform rollout plans.
- Mentor others and contribute industry expertise, leading practices, and professional development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience and experience with enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Cloud application technology experience and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and IT4IT.
- ServiceNow certification in an aligned workflow.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to independently drive complex issues through analysis and resolution and communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry domain expertise is desirable.
- Experience leveraging or critically considering AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
