Base Salary
$198k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise, scope use cases, and support implementation of video AI applications for startup and enterprise customers.
- Own technical relationships with strategic customers, support integrations, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive organizational adoption.
- Guide customers in using TwelveLabs APIs to build secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences.
- Address design, security, compliance, and architecture questions and escalate complex requirements to internal experts.
- Create documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common customer requirements and technical challenges.
- Gather customer feedback and represent developer and enterprise needs to internal teams to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
- Have experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS, including hands-on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock; Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers are also welcome.
- Demonstrate experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, modern application development, and video workflows and workloads.
- Have experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and building trusted technical relationships.
- Be able to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.
- Be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
