Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage leadership, training staff, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and define requirements for AI-driven improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI solutions and automation tools for readiness and certification workflows.
- Integrate and configure AI harnesses, including custom Skills and Model Context Protocol servers, with organizational data and tools.
- Apply systems engineering throughout design, prototyping, development, testing, and delivery.
- Use Python, Bash, and C++ to rapidly build and iterate on automation tools.
- Use AI to support JQS and TQS documentation development, review, and maintenance.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for new AI tools.
- Provide systems engineering and technical documentation support to training teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required, with an additional four years of experience accepted in place of the degree.
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience is required.
- Experience with operating systems and networking concepts, including security, design, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Bash, Python, and C++.
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies to improve efficiency and automate routine work.
- Experience with AI harnesses and agentic workflows, including Skills and MCP servers.
- Experience applying systems engineering fundamentals from initial design through delivery.
- Experience with documentation generation and organization.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
