Responsibilities

  • Build and support automation requirements and opportunities across analytics programs.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPI scorecards, and executive reports.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver intelligent knowledge discovery capabilities.
  • Design and develop monitoring and QA automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide additional analysis based on stakeholder needs.
  • Support and contribute to generative AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Research advancements in generative AI technologies, models, and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, automation, and cloud-native development.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud-native solutions and automations in production environments.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, BigQuery or Redshift, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
  • Understanding of generative AI applications; experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation is preferred.
  • Experience designing and building APIs and services with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Understanding of MLOps principles, including model versioning, automated evaluation, and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
