Base Salary
$119k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex software engineering initiatives and develop applications for HR technology.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and review complex technology solutions.
- Establish engineering standards and companywide best practices for large-scale solutions.
- Lead projects and teams, mentor less experienced staff, and resolve complex production or application issues.
- Collaborate with technical experts, stakeholders, product owners, and external industry groups.
- Support product development backlogs and prioritization aligned with business and technical strategy.
- Help develop patterns and standards for the team’s AI development transformation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of experience with a modern development language such as .NET, Python, React, or Java, with emphasis on Microsoft development tools and environments.
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases.
- At least 1 year of experience leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Desired qualifications include a B.S./B.A. degree or higher, Apigee experience, DevOps knowledge, Scrum/Agile experience, and experience with Copilot and/or Devin.
