Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, integration, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI-assisted and autonomous engineering solutions.
  • Roll out and optimize GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, and future AI engineering platforms across the enterprise.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into SDLC workflows, CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, repositories, APIs, and engineering toolchains.
  • Build reusable engineering services, accelerators, frameworks, and enterprise capabilities that improve software delivery efficiency.
  • Lead developer onboarding, technical enablement, training, adoption efforts, prompt-engineering practices, and AI-powered workflow integration.
  • Design and operationalize Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, MCP integrations, and AI orchestration solutions.
  • Monitor platform adoption, utilization, performance, costs, productivity, developer output, efficiency gains, and business outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical guidance to engineering teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
  • Contribute to InnerSource initiatives and mentor teams while collaborating with product, platform, architecture, technology leadership, and external industry groups.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Python, or comparable technologies.
  • At least 1 year of experience with AI-assisted or autonomous software engineering platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control platforms, developer tooling, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and containerized platforms.
  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, enablement, and AI platform training skills.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, multi-agent architectures, MCP integrations, scalable AI platforms, software engineering analytics, developer productivity measurement, GenAI FinOps, cost management, and value realization frameworks.
  • Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements is preferred.
