Base Salary
$160k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance and maintain consistency across software product experiences.
- Develop reusable workflows and components for products and partners within the Apply platform.
- Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform manual and AI-assisted code reviews while enforcing engineering best practices.
- Manage team activities and promote secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural excellence.
- Monitor production systems with Kibana and perform post-release maintenance.
- Implement observability and resilience patterns and lead incident response for rapid recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Developer or in a related occupation.
- Five years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements, performing high-level design and development, supporting systems, managing team activities, and conducting code reviews.
- Five years of experience with Eclipse, HTML, J2EE, Java, Jenkins, Jira, Maven, SonarQube, Spring Boot, AngularJS, Oracle, Selenium, SOAP, and Spring Cloud.
