Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain the NAPD architecture landscape across transformation programs and identify portfolio-level duplication and rationalization opportunities.
- Lead the NAPD Architecture Community of Practice and establish shared patterns, standards, and design principles.
- Assess architecture quality and coherence while aligning solutions with enterprise, data, and NAPD target-state architecture.
- Define architecture strategy, governance frameworks, technology roadmaps, and API, integration, and interoperability strategies.
- Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on investment priorities and architecture decisions.
- Mentor architects and engineering leaders while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 13+ years of technology leadership experience, including at least 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related strategic architecture roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs in complex organizations.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture strategies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Experience designing and modernizing cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and platform-based enterprise ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration, API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience influencing senior executives and driving organization-wide technology decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives, pharmaceutical distribution or supply chain domain experience, portfolio architecture experience, LeanIX or Ardoq familiarity, Microsoft and Azure experience, Power Platform, SAP integration, AI strategy, data architecture, and regulated-environment experience.
