Responsibilities
- Develop STAN’s AI assistant for residential buildings and communities.
- Build proprietary AI systems that automate complex user conversations.
- Own the end-to-end software development process from ideation through production.
- Maintain high code quality and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrate leadership while working across organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- Experience with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, MongoDB, REST API development, and Node.js.
- Experience architecting and deploying software products to cloud providers such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript and React libraries.
- Passion for building and shipping products and helping build a business.
- Experience with AI, NLP, NLU, and/or machine learning is preferred.
- Startup experience or experience working in small teams is preferred.
