Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to validate AI applications in migration.
- Explore and optimize AI tools for procedural translation tasks.
- Collaborate with technical field experts to understand migration challenges.
- Build proof-of-concept tools based on experimental findings.
- Establish evaluation criteria to track progress and success.
- Develop scalable systems using Go, Python, and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate advanced AI patterns for future integration.
Requirements
- Possess an experimental mindset for solving ambiguous problems.
- Have a technical foundation in AI/ML, particularly with LLMs.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Show experience in building new products or prototypes.
- Exhibit collaborative problem-solving skills with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ideally have 7+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML.
