Base Salary
$156k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define clear service boundaries
- Build AI enablement for common team tasks
- Optimize the performance of high-contention data models
- Deliver core features for the Kotlin server
- Design and build APIs used by Faire’s website and mobile app
- Collaborate with the product team to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Passion for programming and solving problems with code
- Examples of using AI to automate large-scale quality improvements in existing codebases
- Deep understanding of NewSQL relational databases such as CockroachDB
- Experience identifying engineering productivity improvement opportunities across multiple teams
- Curiosity about technology and new tools for solving real problems
