Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain production systems that surface revenue performance, portfolio health, renewal dynamics, client opportunities, and service risks.
- Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable insight pipelines, data models, signal logic, and production-ready outputs.
- Integrate intelligence outputs into dashboards, alerting systems, go-to-market tools, and operational workflows.
- Build trusted data assets, automated deliverables, and decision-support systems using SQL, Python, validated metrics, and documented logic.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities to support exploration, documentation, anomaly detection, and pipeline quality.
- Translate ambiguous commercial problems into technical plans, system architectures, requirements, and measurable deliverables.
- Identify and prioritize scalable investments that improve commercial decision-making and field execution.
- Instrument intelligence delivery to evaluate whether signals reach users, inform action, and improve outcomes.
- Improve engineering rigor through documentation, automated testing, metric governance, and version-controlled workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, software engineering, or a similarly systems-oriented role with strong quantitative foundations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets in modern data environments.
- Proficiency in Python for production systems, automation, and data pipeline development.
- Strong software development foundation including Git, code review, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs, system architecture, and production-ready deliverables.
- Experience building durable automated systems instead of relying on ad hoc or manual processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive systems, automation, or technical initiatives from concept through adoption in ambiguous environments.
- Experience collaborating with broad internal stakeholder groups, including client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with AI- or LLM-assisted tools and the judgment to validate outputs for accuracy, rigor, and reliability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to data quality, metric consistency, and engineering rigor.
- Preferred experience supporting Sales, Client Services, Revenue Operations, or other go-to-market teams.
- Preferred experience deploying proactive signals, recommendations, decision-support systems, production data pipelines, or ETL/ELT systems.
- Familiarity with advertising technology, digital media, measurement, platform-based commercial models, Salesforce, planning tools, product telemetry, Snowflake, or Databricks.
