Base Salary
$103k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain production systems that surface revenue performance and client opportunities.
- Design, build, and operate proactive insight pipelines for consistent intelligence delivery.
- Integrate intelligence outputs into dashboards and operational workflows.
- Build tools and automated deliverables to help teams prioritize efforts and identify risks.
- Develop production-grade data assets and pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Incorporate AI capabilities into systems to enhance exploration and improve pipeline quality.
- Translate commercial problems into technical plans and measurable deliverables.
- Identify scalable system investments that drive commercial impact.
- Embed intelligence outputs into go-to-market systems to improve outcomes.
- Raise engineering standards through documentation and automated testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or software engineering.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python for building production systems.
- Foundation in software development practices including version control and CI/CD.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Experience building durable, automated systems.
- Track record of identifying opportunities and driving technical initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders in technical environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and strong judgment in their application.
- Strong communication skills to explain findings to stakeholders.
- Attention to data quality and engineering rigor.
