Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
- Build and optimize APIs and microservices and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Develop responsive React interfaces and optimize cross-browser compatibility and front-end performance.
- Work with relational databases and write efficient queries while maintaining performance and data integrity.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, secure data handling, and application security practices.
- Diagnose and resolve full-stack issues and optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
- Shape system architecture, guide design decisions, and serve as the technical point of contact for cross-team initiatives.
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Break down complex technical work into actionable tasks, contribute to planning, and manage technical risks.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and change-control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10–12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and API development.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Postgres and with efficient SQL queries.
- Experience with modern front-end build and packaging tools.
- Experience building and hosting applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience implementing application security practices and handling sensitive or regulated data such as PII.
- Familiarity with SAST, SCA, and DAST code security scanning tools.
- Proven technical leadership experience shaping architecture, guiding design decisions, mentoring engineers, establishing coding standards, and leading code reviews.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Preferred experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms, cloud deployment strategies, CI/CD orchestration, testing practices, NoSQL databases, and containerization tools.
