Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, secure SaaS products using PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build RESTful APIs and single-page applications while implementing state management, modular components, and scalable platform features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software aligned with business and customer needs.
- Participate in code reviews, debug complex platform issues, and maintain performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, deployment, maintenance, and strategic software direction.
- Support products focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on PHP 8.x development experience with object-oriented PHP and best practices.
- At least 6 years of experience building software with PHP frameworks such as Laravel.
- At least 4 years of experience building software with Vue or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with TypeScript, Laravel architecture, RESTful APIs, single-page applications, composition API, state management, and modular component design.
- Understanding of build tools such as Vite and npm, plus proficiency with Git.
- Experience implementing scalable SaaS platforms and working in an agile, team-based software environment.
- Preferred experience with AWS infrastructure, serverless environments, data analytics or business intelligence platforms, and writing tests with Pest or PHPUnit.
- Strong problem-solving skills, personal responsibility, self-motivation, and flexibility.
