Responsibilities
- Talk directly with customers to identify problems, form product opinions, and define consequential solutions.
- Build and ship AI agents that pursue recruiting objectives, request judgment, and recover safely when models or tools fail.
- Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into understandable, correctable, and trustworthy actions.
- Design permissions, controls, and recovery paths for agents operating in customer systems.
- Build interfaces, APIs, data models, and production behavior across complete customer workflows.
- Own customer outcomes from problem definition through rollout, production operation, and iteration.
- At staff+ scope, set direction for a broader area, make architectural tradeoffs, and raise decision quality while continuing to code.
Requirements
- Personally shipped software for external users and owned a meaningful outcome through production.
- Demonstrated depth in at least one technical area and the ability to work across product, frontend, and backend boundaries.
- Can design, implement, review, and debug independently while using AI coding agents heavily.
- Wants direct customer contact, hands-on implementation, and responsibility after launch.
- Has strong product judgment and adapts decisions based on customer evidence.
- The opening supports demonstrated mid-level through staff+ scope; level is based on demonstrated scope rather than years served.
