Responsibilities
- Build interfaces, APIs, data models, permissions, and production behavior for customer workflows.
- Build agents that pursue recruiting objectives, request human judgment appropriately, and recover safely from model or tool failures.
- Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into trustworthy, actionable recruiting experiences.
- Design controls and recovery paths for agents operating in customer systems.
- Own customer outcomes from problem definition through implementation, rollout, production behavior, and iteration.
- At staff+ scope, set direction for a broader area, make architectural tradeoffs, and improve decision quality while continuing to write code.
Requirements
- Have personally shipped software for external users and owned a meaningful outcome through production.
- Have substantial depth in at least one technical area and be able to work across product, frontend, and backend boundaries.
- Use AI coding agents heavily while still being able to design, implement, review, and debug independently.
- Be comfortable with direct customer contact, hands-on implementation, and post-launch responsibility.
- Enjoy tracing product behavior across interfaces, APIs, data, permissions, and production recovery.
- Exact experience with React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Postgres, and S3 is not required.
